Leach Insurance Agency on their appointment to the Redbank Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors! 🏆👏 These two outstanding women are bringing fresh leadership, strong community ties, and a passion for local business success!

Shannon Polka serves as Personal Insurance Director at Charles Leach and is known for her commitment to client education and personalized service. 🖋️ A Redbank Valley graduate, Shannon is passionate about helping families feel secure and supporting local entrepreneurs. 🌟 She is also active in the First Baptist Church of New Bethlehem and enjoys outdoor activities with her family. ⛺⚽️☀️

Rachael Westover is a Client Service Executive in the agency’s Benefits Department. 📑 A proud Redbank Valley and Dubois Business College graduate, she brings creativity, leadership, and a strong people-first mindset. 🎨✨ Rachael is active in her church and community, with hobbies including art, photography, and crafting — passions that align perfectly with the Chamber’s mission to promote civic engagement. 📷✂️🖌️
