Governor Josh Shapiro has declared a State of Emergency as a powerful winter storm moves across Pennsylvania. PEMA says this could be the largest storm in 16 years, making preparation critical for everyone.

• Tier 4 vehicle restrictions begin Saturday at 12:01 AM
• Commercial vehicles, school buses, RVs, and trailers are prohibited
• Speed limits reduced to 45 MPH on affected roads
• Avoid unnecessary travel, dangerous roads put first responders at risk

• Stock water, food, and medications
• Charge phones and power banks
