What a blessing to spend time with the students at New Bethlehem Head Start Preschool, sharing about local government, reading the ‘I Want to Be Mayor’ book, and seeing their excitement & curiosity firsthand. 😊 Students also received a mayor sticker, magnet, and business card. 🎁
Special thanks to Jodi Gibson Ithen, Lisa Ferringer, Co-Teacher, and Teri Leasure, Assistant Teacher, for the warm welcome and for the incredible work they do each day with these children. 🍎👏 It is an honor to serve as Mayor and encourage these young learners.
