POLICE WEEK: May 12-18, 2024 is designated as National Police Week. We are blessed by the men and women who have taken an oath to serve and protect public safety, often at lower salaries than many other professions.
Wednesday, May 15, is Peace Officers Memorial Day. First established by President John F. Kennedy in 1962, the day is designed to pay tribute to the brave local, state and federal peace officers who have died or been disabled in the line of duty.
You can honor the officers of the SCCRPD with a thank you, prayers, and your support. Tax deductible donations to the Southern Clarion Police Association to provide needed equipment can be mailed or delivered to the station at 220 Broad Street, New Bethlehem, PA 16242 or made online at scpoliceassociation.org/#donate. Immediate needs are for AEDs and computers for each police vehicle. Thanks for your support!
