A Gift That Will Keep On Giving Major donation made to New Bethlehem’s park and playground efforts
NEW BETHLEHEM – In a season of giving, the New Bethlehem community recently received a substantial gift that jumpstarts the borough’s plans to develop the newly acquired Gumtown Park and create a new playground going into the new year and beyond.
Borough officials recently announced that a “transformative” $74,489 donation has been made by the family of Tammy Evans and Lisa Misera, on behalf of their late mother, Carolyn Keith, that will not only go toward development of the Water Street park, but will also be in memory of their late brother, Billy Keith.
